Everybody was so helpful! Made a tragic situation work for us. We had a car needing a new engine, and they worked out financing for us to replace that car. Wonderful customer service! Really enjoyed working with them, and they did so much more than the other Chevrolet dealership we went to first! Tom, in Service, was our first contact, and he initiated us with a trust, honesty, and empathy in this dealership that carried over to the sales department. We would highly recommend this dealership!

I drove my truck into the dealership for warranty work. 4 months later after being lied to multiple times and going through at least three different service managers I was told that I needed to tow my truck off the property or I would get charged a parking fee. I have never had worse service than I had at this dealership. I have purchased Chevrolet's all my life and over $500,000 worth of them from this dealership when it was aging H&H would not recommend it to anyone or Chevrolet to anyone that I know.

We loved the smaller more family oriented dealership. The smaller office was really able to give us a great customer service experience
